As befits a Storied Place, ownership is offered in the form of “Chapters” (or fractions). Each Owner receives a fee simple deeded title offering a specific number of weeks a year of guaranteed use and unlimited additional access whenever space is available.
Chaptered Ownership™ means true home ownership, just as it would with a primary dwelling, the deeded piece of real estate lists on the MLS and can be resold. Chaptered Ownership™ is based on a proprietary model developed by Intrawest after years of research into Fractional Ownership and in consultation with a PhD mathematician to ensure owners get the maximum amount of access to their home.
