Each Storied Places® community has a Resident Innkeeper and a handpicked team of assistants ready to cater to the needs of owners and oversee all aspects of daily operations in the Private Residence community. The on-site team is supported by Storied Places OnCall®, a high-touch, high-tech communications hub for owners offering a 1-800 call center and on-line travel counselors to ensure owner needs from travel and baggage delivery to accessing “the best tables” or tee times are taken care of before, during and after their visit.
