Twila’s spent her entire career in the customer service industry and like her accomplice Kim, started her tenure with Intrawest as a Travel Consultant for Resort Reservations Network. Joining the Storied Places® team in June 2003 and based in our Storied Places OnCall™ office in Vancouver, Twila tirelessly tends to the needs or our owners.

Kim has been with Intrawest since November 2001, where she spent 3 years as a Travel Consultant for Resort Reservations Network, before making the move to Owner Experience Assistant for Storied Places® in August 2004. Kim is based in our Storied Places OnCall™ office in Vancouver with her ‘partner in crime’ - Twila.
