Sarah Rezak Glasgow
Managing Director, Storied Places
Sarah Rezak began her career with Ragatz Associates in 1997 where she contributed to over 250 fractional ownership consulting assignments covering over half of the U.S. states and more than 20 international locations. As research manager there she conducted the firm’s annual research on the fractional interest industry and the non-equity destination club industry. She also organized all six of the Ragatz Associates U.S. Fractional Interest Symposia.
With nearly 10 years of experience with fractional real estate, she has been published and is often quoted in various industry trade publications. She is a frequent speaker at industry trade events.
Sarah earned an MBA at the University of Southern California in May 2006 at which time she became a member of the Storied Places team. She has been an active member of ARDA since 1997, earning her RRP designation in 2002.
Megan Kennedy
Manager, Operations and Communications
Megan began her career in the hospitality industry when she joined the team at Fairmont Hotels and Resorts in 1997, spending the next 9 years in a variety of roles. Her experience with Fairmont ranges from Front Desk and Reservations Agent to Assistant Front Office Manager, Departmental Trainer, and Reservations Manager. Megan has worked for several of the Fairmont properties, including The Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge in Jasper, Alberta, The Fairmont Chateau Whistler in Whistler, British Columbia, The Fairmont Algonquin in St Andrews by the Sea, New Brunswick, The Fairmont Royal York in Toronto, Ontario and The Fairmont Hotel Vancouver in Vancouver, British Columbia. Megan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology as well as a
Diploma in Hotel and Restaurant Administration.
